MasonMart – Shipping Policy At MasonMart
We understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery of building materials. Our shipping policy is designed to offer speed, transparency, and convenience to all our customers across Mumbai and nearby areas.

1. Delivery Areas MasonMart currently delivers to:
-All zones within Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) Selected areas in Thane, Navi     Mumbai, and Vasai-Virar.
-We are expanding our service areas. 
-Please enter your pincode at checkout to confirm availability.
2. Delivery Timelines Same-day Delivery:
-For orders placed before 12 PM on working days and for items in ready stock.
- Next-day Delivery: For orders placed after 12 PM, or where stock needs to be procured from suppliers.
-Bulk or Special Orders: May take 2–3 business days, depending on volume and sourcing.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, heavy rainfall, or traffic restrictions.
3. Delivery Charges Standard Delivery:
-Free for orders above ₹5,000 Below ₹5,000:
-₹150–₹250 based on order weight and distance
-Express Delivery (3–6 hrs): Additional ₹300 (subject to availability)
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.
4. Delivery Procedure:
-Our logistics team will contact you before dispatch to confirm availability for delivery. -Materials are delivered curbside only (ground floor or building entrance).
-Carrying to upper floors or inside premises is not included.
- Please ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the order.
5. Delivery Issues:
- Please notify us within 2 hours of delivery if: Items are missing, damaged, or incorrect -There is a mismatch in quantity We will arrange for redelivery or resolve the issue on priority.
6. Shipping Limitations:
-We do not ship to PO boxes.
-Orders may be delayed due to weather, traffic bans, or supplier constraints.
